This is the journal of a Christian man and his daily walk with God. It is filled with insights from daily life and from exploring the Bible. Any mistakes are my own; everything that is correct and true is God's alone!
Target(sometimes pronounced "tar' jzay") a.k.a. the world famous French department store ;-) has misguidedly decided to stop the Salvation Army from collecting at their stores. Target claims that they have a general no solicitation policy, here. Perhaps they need to rethink this position... just as concerned people should perhaps rethink their shopping itinerary.

I grew up in a religious home; went to Church on Sundays and attended private Christian schools, K-12. After that I spent 18 years being very non-religious. Finally, God revealed Himself to my heart (through the prayers of friends and family, and His Holy Word; the book of Romans, in particular). I understand that while I'm a sinner, who can never be perfect (and perfection is God's standard), Jesus met that standard for me (in His life, death and ressurection). All I need do is to turn away from my sins and accept Him as Lord in my life, for His perfection to be counted to my favor.
